Subdream Studios, Inc. (“Subdream,” “we,” or “us”), respects the privacy of the users of any websites (the “Site”) controlled by us, or otherwise download, install, or use any of Subdream’s software Applications (the "Game"). We have adopted this privacy policy to inform users about what information we collect from the Site and the Game and how such information is used. Additionally, your use of the Game and related services is also governed by our Terms of Service available at (the “Terms”).


Please read this privacy policy carefully to understand our practices regarding and treatment of your information. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you should not use our Site or the Game. By accessing or using our Site or the Game, you agree to this privacy policy.


Personal information


“Personal information” means any information by which you may be personally identified.


Personal Information collected through the Game


Our collection of your personal information in the Game is limited. The only personal information we collect about you through the Game is information provided to us by platforms through which you downloaded the Game, this may include your friends graph. Our use of your personal information collected through the Game is limited to the purposes described in the “How We Use Your Information” section below.


Additionally, you may choose to reveal what would otherwise be personal information to other users in the Game through multiplayer chat or other public functions. In addition to being accessible to other users of the Game with whom you are interacting, we may also capture this information using recording functions that we use to monitor users’ activity in the game. We have no obligation with respect to information that you reveal using multiplayer chat or other public functions, and its use is not limited to the purposes described in the “How We Use Your Information” section below. You acknowledge that information you reveal through multiplayer chat or other public functions is public information, you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such information, and, when you reveal information through multiplayer chat or other public functions, you do so at your own risk.


Personal Information collected through direct communications with us


Also, if you send us or one of our representatives an email or otherwise correspond with us directly, we will have access to any information that you provide to us in such correspondence. The Terms also govern our use of and ownership of information that you provide to us in direct communications.


Non-Personal Information


Our Site and the Game may passively collect non-personal information. This includes browser information, gameplay activity, motion sensor information, motion tracker information, operating system information, unlinked IP address, device ID, type of virtual reality equipment used, specific virtual reality platform, cookie information, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our use of your non-personal information is limited to the purposes described in the “How We Use Your Information” section below.


Also, we may use cookies in connection with automatic data collection through the Site. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system may issue cookies when you access the Site.


We always use your information to operate, maintain, and improve our Site and the Game. This may include using your information, including personal information, to present our Site and the Game to you; to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us; to notify you about changes to our Site, the Game, or any products or services we offer or provide through it; for purposes of age verification; and for any other purpose with your consent. For example, as discussed above, information you voluntarily provide us through the Game may be transmitted to us in connection with error reporting if your system crashes while playing the Game. Note: non-personal information collected through the Game may be linked with users’ personal information to investigate violations of the Terms and prevent additional violations.



We may share some of your personally identifiable information with our consultants and service providers for the purpose of analyzing, improving, maintaining, and/or monitoring the Game and the Site and facilitating the services that Subdream offers to you.  In addition, we sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform promotional, marketing and data analysis functions on our behalf, such as sending postal mail, removing repetitive information, analyzing data, processing credit card and online payments and providing customer service. These companies and individuals have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets.  In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred.  Moreover, if Subdream, or substantially all of Subdream’s assets, were acquired, or in the event that Subdream goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is or may be transferred or acquired by a third party.  You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Subdream or its assets may continue to use your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  


As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent information about you and we will not disclose information about you in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy except as required by law or government regulation.  We will cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well inquiries by other third parties to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud, and other personal rights. WE CAN (AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO) DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY THAT WE, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, BELIEVE NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE IN CONNECTION WITH AN INVESTIGATION OF FRAUD, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS ILLEGAL OR MAY EXPOSE US, OR YOU, TO LIABILITY.


We may change this policy by posting a new version on our Site and in the Game. The new version will become effective on the date it’s posted, which will be listed at the top of this document as the new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site and/or the Game after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
